About the Event

Learn basic principles of mindfulness and practices in community. Research is showing more and more the benefits of incorporating mindfulness practices in daily life to help increase peace, creativity, productivity and overall wellness. Meditations will be lead by a teacher and participants are encouraged to ask questions as needed at the end of class.   This is also an opportunity to safely connect with community during this challenging time of social distancing so there will be an opportunity for people to share and connect with one another.  

To join the Zoom meeting click here.  It can be helpful to download the Zoom app on your computer or phone beforehand but it is not required.  You do not have to have a Zoom membership to join the meeting. 

The class is donations based with the suggested donation of $7+.  Donations are not required but are appreciated to help support the continuation of the course.

To make a donation of more than $7, simply buy the amount of tickets you wish to donate.  If you miss the registration window for the session you attended, feel free to make a donation by registering for the following week even if you can't make that week or make a donation through PayPal to karen.elise.bender@gmail.com
